
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS
CANNABIS:
All sales for cannabis items are final sale unless the following applies:
- The product you purchased was faulty or unusable.
- You received the incorrect product.
All returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase, and the original receipt & packaging must be provided in order to receive a refund/exchange.
ACCESSORIES:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds on all accessories sold by Naturally Bongins will be granted if:
- You received the wrong product
- The item is malfunctioning (not damaged in shipping)
To be eligible for a return, the item being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original receipt, withing 7 days of purchase.
REFUNDS
In-store purchases, will be immediately refunded via the original payment method. If a credit or debit card was used to purchase that same card must be used in order to receive the refund.
Online pre-paid orders will be refunded back onto the card used to purchase, and can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or as stated above. Contact us by email at naturallybongins@gmail.com if you have any further questions regarding an exchange.
